Some Other Epic Spots in Australia

Given that February is a beautiful time of year in Australia.....and a pretty dreary time in the Northern Hemisphere we’d recommend spending a bit of your visit checking out the amazingness of Down Under.

Sunshine Coast

This is where Eric and Carolyn (Arielle’s parents) live and is home to all the epic beaches that everyone sees in advertisements. This is also home to the 40mile beach where you can 4WD and camp on.

To get to the Sunshine Coast you can take a direct domestic flight from any city (the house is 15min cab ride). Alternatively, you can fly into Brisbane airport and get an airport transfer via private car or bus (approx 1.5hour drive).

Sydney

The home of Bondi Beach, and the Sydney Opera House. Other notable spots include Manly Beach and Taronga Zoo.

Whitsundays

This is where you can swim, snorkel and dive on the great barrier reef. You can also hire a boat to sail around the islands for a few days. Find out more here.
